• Be accountable for the business impact of data initiatives, ensuring that all projects deliver meaningful outcomes, not just outputs
• Synthesize complex insights and communicate their business impact clearly to leadership and key stakeholders
• Translate company and department goals into a clear, actionable data roadmap

Analytics & Strategy

• Drive KPI alignment and standardization across all departments, ensuring they effectively support business tracking and reporting
• Own the global data model and unification strategy, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all domains
• Design data systems and architecture with future growth in mind (e.g., increased traffic, more advanced ML models, and real-time data needs)
• Lead the development of dashboards, models, pipelines, and insights frameworks.
• Frame and prioritize business-aligned ML and analytics use cases

Team & People Leadership

• Lead a team of 5–7 data experts (BI, ML, DE, CRO)
• Give regular feedback, define growth paths, and support mentoring
• Own hiring and onboarding for the team; contribute to org design
• Foster a high-trust, learning-driven team culture with shared accountability
• Act as a key partner to product, content, and marketing; build strong bridges across teams

Operational & Technical Management

• Own the global data model and ensure consistency across domains
• Establish and enforce data quality, access, and compliance standards
• Ensure systems and architecture can scale with company growth

• 10+ years experience in data/analytics roles, with at least 5 years in a lead or managerial capacity.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional data teams (BI, ML, DE, analytics).
• Able to translate business needs into robust data models and scalable architecture
• Strong understanding of the data product lifecycle—from ingestion to model deployment (NLP/ML/DL).
• Practical experience with GA4, BigQuery, GCP/AWS, data orchestration and pipelining with Y42/DBT, On premise and cloud data stores, Python, Looker/Tableau
• Practical experience with project management and agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban).
• Comfortable balancing business objectives with technical feasibility and team capacity.
• A strong communicator and stakeholder manager who can manage up and across the organization.
